  I had a Floorguard floor installed in my garage in 1998.  It is still beautiful!  I recently contacted their customer service about black tire marks in the finish, which I could not remove.  I made an appointment and they sent a rep named David to inspect the flooring.  David was professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly.  He said the floor looked remarkable, and in no way did I need to redo it.  He recommended that I use a degreaser called Meguiar's bug and tar remover for the tire marks, before washing it down with a mild soap and thoroughly rinsing with clear water and letting it dry completely.   I am so grateful to David!  The customer service at Floorguard is incredible!  Dana was the rep who set up the appointment.    She was so easy to talk to, and answered all my questions and concerns.  They really stand behind their product.  The flooring is over 25 years old and in unbelievable condition.  I highly recommend this company.  Their product, sales rep and customer service are top notch.  I love my floor.  A special thanks to David for his excellent expertise!

  Extremely satisfied with the final product! Jonathan was very professional, knowledgeable, & communicative. I have yet to find any imperfections and appreciate Jonathan for his attention to detail! The company originally communicated that the floor installation would be complete in one day, though it actually took three days to complete. I personally didn’t have a problem with it though may be an issue for many. Thank you Jonathan for your hard work!
