The entire experience was awesome. The installer was on time, professional, and worked non-stop to complete what turned out to be a beautiful garage floor. This is our second time using Floorguard in twenty years. We will continue to use them for any flooring project we encounter.

I just had my 2nd garage floor done 9-16-26. Shane was great as well. Really fast and explained every step to me. The overall experience with Dana in the office and your workers in the field was great. I love my 2 floors!

Floorguard pricing was reasonable in my opinion. The salesman Dave was personable and professional. The installer Jonathan, was hardworking and got the job done on a hot day in about six hours or so. Overall I’m happy with the work that was done and my new garage floor.

  I HIGHLY recommend Floorguard!
I couldn’t be more happy with the Floorguard process. From the response to my request for a quote to the all the questions answered by (GM) Dana.
As for the fine gentlemen who did the installation. I give the 2 of them the highest praises for their courtesy, their willingness to explain things and answer questions.

Evanston Project Spotlight

In Evanston, a homeowner facing ongoing garage floor moisture challenges contacted Floorguard seeking a long-term flooring solution. After carefully assessing their specific conditions, our team recommended an epoxy coating combined with a UV-stable polyaspartic top coat, providing superior moisture resistance, durability, and protection from sunlight fading. This complex project involved significant preparation, including concrete moisture mitigation, crack filling, and thorough grinding to ensure lasting adhesion. The homeowner was thrilled with the transformation, stating, “Floorguard’s epoxy flooring was exactly what our garage needed—it looks fantastic and resolved our moisture problems.”

Throughout Evanston, Floorguard has delivered high-quality epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic flooring solutions. Recent projects include polyurea garage floors near Northwestern University, epoxy basement coatings around Evanston Lakeshore, and durable polyaspartic installations in the Ridgeville neighborhood. Other successful local projects include epoxy coatings in the Dawes Park area, protective garage floors near Canal Shores, decorative epoxy finishes in Central Street homes, moisture-resistant polyurea floors in the Main-Dempster Mile area, and robust polyaspartic flooring installations around Penny Park, demonstrating Floorguard’s strong Evanston presence.
