The entire experience was awesome. The installer was on time, professional, and worked non-stop to complete what turned out to be a beautiful garage floor. This is our second time using Floorguard in twenty years. We will continue to use them for any flooring project we encounter.

I just had my 2nd garage floor done 9-16-26. Shane was great as well. Really fast and explained every step to me. The overall experience with Dana in the office and your workers in the field was great. I love my 2 floors!

Floorguard pricing was reasonable in my opinion. The salesman Dave was personable and professional. The installer Jonathan, was hardworking and got the job done on a hot day in about six hours or so. Overall I’m happy with the work that was done and my new garage floor.

  I HIGHLY recommend Floorguard!
I couldn’t be more happy with the Floorguard process. From the response to my request for a quote to the all the questions answered by (GM) Dana.
As for the fine gentlemen who did the installation. I give the 2 of them the highest praises for their courtesy, their willingness to explain things and answer questions.

Addison Project Spotlight

This homeowner in Addison reached out to Floorguard looking for a high-performance polyurea garage floor coating that could handle heavy daily use and enhance their property’s appeal. The existing concrete was challenging, with significant cracks and damage from years of exposure, requiring meticulous preparation. Our skilled team thoroughly repaired and prepared the concrete surface, applying a robust epoxy base coat topped with a UV-stable polyaspartic top coat to ensure durability, resistance to sunlight discoloration, and ease of maintenance. The homeowner was thrilled, saying, “We never thought our garage could look this good! Floorguard’s epoxy coating totally transformed it.”

Floorguard has extensive experience installing premium epoxy and polyurea floor coatings across Addison. Recent projects include epoxy garage floors in neighborhoods such as Mill Meadows and Normandy Manor, robust polyurea flooring solutions in Foxdale and Lake Manor, and polyaspartic coatings for basements in the Green Meadow community. Additional local installations include epoxy garage coatings near Highview Park, durable polyurea systems in homes around Kings Point, and protective polyaspartic finishes near Pioneer Park, demonstrating Floorguard’s commitment to quality flooring throughout Addison.
