This company was incredible to work with from start to finish. The person who gave me the quote was knowledgeable and not pushy, the office support was great in scheduling and the installers could not have been more courteous and professional. The product looks incredible and the price was very fair. Highly recommend

Shane did an amazing job on the epoxy coating for our garage floor! The floor looks stunning, and even though the poor weather made things difficult, Shane worked late into the evening to get everything done up to perfection. I highly recommend Shane and Floorguard!

Floorguard did another great job with our floor installation. We've been super happy with the original floor for 25 years. Floorguard came out any time we had a hole in the coating (maybe 3 or 4 times in 25 years) and promptly fixed it at no charge. Looking forward to another 25 years with the new coating. Salesman Dave and installer Shane were both excellent! In fact, Dave sold us our first floor 25 years ago and is still with the company. Highly recommend!

Joliet Project Spotlight

In Joliet, a homeowner experiencing ongoing moisture and concrete deterioration issues in their garage reached out to Floorguard seeking an effective, long-term solution. After thoroughly assessing the conditions, our team recommended an epoxy coating combined with a UV-stable polyaspartic top coat for exceptional durability and resistance to sun-induced yellowing. Given the garage’s significant concrete imperfections, the project required meticulous surface preparation, including crack repair, moisture mitigation, and detailed grinding to guarantee optimal adhesion. The finished flooring dramatically enhanced the appearance and functionality of their garage. The homeowner enthusiastically commented, “Floorguard transformed our garage floor entirely! The epoxy coating looks amazing, solved our moisture issues, and is incredibly easy to clean.”

Floorguard has completed numerous successful flooring projects across Joliet, including epoxy garage installations in neighborhoods like Cathedral Area and polyurea basement floors near Pilcher Park. Other Joliet projects include durable polyaspartic coatings around Timberline, epoxy installations near Inwood Park, and moisture-resistant polyurea floors near Wesmere Lakes. We’ve also installed decorative flake epoxy flooring around the Cumberland South neighborhood, polyaspartic coatings near Joliet Junior College, and durable epoxy flooring in homes surrounding Hammel Woods, showcasing our extensive experience throughout Joliet.
