This company was incredible to work with from start to finish. The person who gave me the quote was knowledgeable and not pushy, the office support was great in scheduling and the installers could not have been more courteous and professional. The product looks incredible and the price was very fair. Highly recommend

Shane did an amazing job on the epoxy coating for our garage floor! The floor looks stunning, and even though the poor weather made things difficult, Shane worked late into the evening to get everything done up to perfection. I highly recommend Shane and Floorguard!

Floorguard did another great job with our floor installation. We've been super happy with the original floor for 25 years. Floorguard came out any time we had a hole in the coating (maybe 3 or 4 times in 25 years) and promptly fixed it at no charge. Looking forward to another 25 years with the new coating. Salesman Dave and installer Shane were both excellent! In fact, Dave sold us our first floor 25 years ago and is still with the company. Highly recommend!

Northbrook Project Spotlight

A Northbrook homeowner contacted Floorguard aiming to solve ongoing issues with their garage floor, which included stubborn staining, uneven concrete, and moisture-related problems. After assessing their needs, our specialists recommended an epoxy coating combined with a UV-stable polyaspartic finish to provide superior durability, moisture resistance, and protection from UV damage. The preparation process was comprehensive, involving crack repair, concrete leveling, moisture mitigation, and grinding to ensure perfect adhesion. The final result dramatically improved both the functionality and appearance of their garage, prompting the homeowner to comment enthusiastically, “Our garage floor looks amazing thanks to Floorguard’s epoxy and polyaspartic coatings. It’s exactly what we needed!”

Floorguard has successfully delivered many flooring projects across Northbrook. Notable installations include polyurea garage floors in neighborhoods surrounding Meadowhill Park, epoxy basement flooring near Wood Oaks Green Park, and polyaspartic coatings in communities around Techny Prairie Park. Additional projects include decorative epoxy flooring installations near Northbrook Court, durable polyurea garage floors in Sunset Fields, moisture-resistant coatings near Mission Hills, epoxy systems around Westmoor neighborhoods, and robust polyaspartic installations throughout homes near Stonegate Park, highlighting Floorguard’s local expertise and commitment to quality across Northbrook.
