I made an appointment and they sent a rep named David to inspect the flooring. David was professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He said the floor looked remarkable, and in no way did I need to redo it. He recommended that I use a degreaser called Meguiar's bug and tar remover for the tire marks, before washing it down with a mild soap and thoroughly rinsing with clear water and letting it dry completely.
